Our name says it all.  Whether it is consultation with communities, or ensuring that research results exceed our clients’ expectations, clear effective two-way communications underpin all we do.  It is central to understanding and meeting the requirements of our clients; to our commitment to excellence; and to our ethical responsibilities to all with whom we engage.

Over the last 25 years our small, multi-disciplinary team has undertaken a surprising range of projects in fields as diverse as cultural indicators, social impact assessment, roading, transportation, energy and water efficiency, electricity transmission, accident prevention, family support, alcohol advertising, national tourism planning, business feasibility, and communications for bird flu preparedness.   Running through these projects is a common core of qualitative and quantitative methods applied to suit the particular requirements of each commission.
