These three projects illustrate the range of communications projects which Dialogue undertakes.  There are many commonalities between this work and that undertaken in social research and consultation.  The common themes include the sensitivities to different cultures and modes of communications and robust research techniques to underpin the development of communications strategies and tactics.  The Waterline Efficiency Programme in Tauranga, for instance, was grounded in research which highlighted the problems that confound programmes that do not find the most appropriate drivers for behavioural change.
