Our name says it all.  Whether it is consultation with communities, or ensuring that research results exceed our clients’ expectations, clear effective two-way communications underpin all we do.  It is central to understanding and meeting the requirements of our clients; to our commitment to excellence; and to our ethical responsibilities to all with whom we engage.

Over the last 30 years our small, multi-disciplinary team has undertaken a wide range of projects in fields as diverse as cultural indicators, social impact assessment, roading, transportation, energy and water efficiency, electricity transmission, accident prevention, family support, alcohol advertising, national tourism planning, business feasibility, stakeholder management, communications for bird flu preparedness, eco-cultural tourism and decision-making in infrastructure investment. 

Running through these projects is a core of qualitative and quantitative methods, including social survey, applied to suit the requirements of each commission.
